Awagami International Print Exhibition - Tokushima

A juried exhibition dedicated to printmaking on traditional Japanese washi paper. Since its inauguration in 2013, this event has been held every two years by the Awagami Factory in the Japanese city of Tokushima.
The aim of the event is to introduce finely crafted washi to the world's leading printmakers, and to exhibit the resulting works in a joint celebration of international printmaking art and Japanese culture.
Rebecca is taking part in this year's exhibition with a special print of View Subterranea 8: Bethnal Green on washi. The jurors have awarded an honourable mention to Rebecca's work (see the full list here: http://miniprint.awagami.jp/ENGLISH/exhibitions/index2017.html )
