Refunds & cancellations
You can change your mind and ask for a refund at any time up to 14 days after
you have received your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

If your
order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us,
in the condition in which you received it, within
14 days. You will have to pay the cost of the postage yourself. Your
refund will be processed on receipt of the item(s) purchased.
If you have already paid a deposit to a gallery, this may be refundable only
if you made this payment online or by telephone.
If your purchase is damaged when you receive it, please let us know by email
within 24 hours of delivery.
This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information,
Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
